Asalam O Alaikum!

My question is related to  Quran-e-Majeed

I believe that existing Quran is “Kafi” as per traditions of Aima asws however

Can you please confirm the Quran currently We have Is the same collected by Imam-e-Ali a.s Or Is the One Collected by Usman?

If it’s the same collected by Imam Ali a.s Do we have that Original Hand Written Quran available in our libraries?

The answer:

In the name of Allah

Asalam o alaikum

Yes, the Qur’an is enough for every Muslim, and the ones which the Muslims all over the world have are not different from each other. They neither have any extra parts nor lack anything. The Qur’an which is available to the Muslims nowadays, whether collected by Ali (AS) or by Othmān, had been accepted and followed by Imams; therefore, it is credible.

Asalam.

Eid ul Azha has been widely regarded as the sunnah of Hazrat Ibrahim A.S. marking the event with the sacrifice of animals in the name of Allah. Hazrat Muhammed A.S has been quoted to have performed the act on several occasions.

My question is that is it mandatory/farz/wajib upon us muslims to practice the sunnah of Ibrahim A.S? And secondly, since prophet Muhammed A.S practised it as well, does it become sunah e muhammadi for all the followers of prophet Muhammed A.S?

How do we Shia Muslims in particular should see or practice eid ul Azha

Awaiting your kind reply,

Shahan.

The answer:

In the name of Allah

Asalam o alaikum

Yes, Sacrificing is one of Abraham’s tradition and now is part of Hajj ceremony. We are following Prophet Muhammad’s (Pbuh) tradition, so ablution and sacrificing are considered to be recommended actions on Eid-e Qorbān.

Is it allowed to say third shahadat in prayer tashad?

The answer:

In the name of Allah

Asalam o alaikum

Due to the fact that the Islam rules ae divine and standard, we cannot add to or subtract from what Prophet Muhammad (Pbuh) expressed. Therefore, Ash’had Anna Aliyun Waliyullah is not allowed in prayer tashahhud.

Dear Sir,

I want to know about Tashahood salsa, means (ali un wali ullah ) in nimaz and azan weather it is necessary ( wajib  or mustahib )

please clearify me

The answer:

In the name of Allah

Asalam o alaikum

Since Islamic laws are divine and standards, we should obey them the way Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) expressed, and we are not allowed to add to or subtract from them. Therefore, Ash’had Anna Aliyun Waliyullah is not part of Adhan, but saying it as a preferable religious act is acceptable.

Salamun alaikum
I may please be known the rights and limitations of Jamey ush sharayeth Mujtahid during the period of occultation of Imam (as) as well as the instructions on us in his regard.

The answer:

In the name of Allah

Asalam o alaikum

A qualified jurist accepted by Imam Mahdi (AS) is a person who

  1. is an expert in Islamic laws, and has his own ideas about them.
  2. is a very pious man who does not care about his whims and desires. He merely says and acts in order to please God.

As Salaam Alaykum wa Rehmatulla he wa Barakatohoo
What is your ruling on the length of the fasts in Europe and particularly in London, when Fajr is approximately 02.38am and Maghrib is not till 21.35pm . I would appreciate your response. Ma Salaama, Rebab Al-Karimi

The answer:

In the name of Allah

Asalam o alaikum

One of the criteria for fasting is the day, i.e. one should be fast from dawn till sunset, whether it is long or short. It is the same in Iran, for instance if Ramadan is in autumn, days are short; and when it is in summer, days are long. This change of time does not affect the essence of fasting.

Salam,
I have question regarding Shia Isna Ashri people work income status in western countries. Here most of the people take government benefit by declaring himself jobless. And they work illegal without paying tax to the government. With that income they go to Haj and fulfill their other daily life necessity. If they spend the government welfare money it is enough for their daily life.
Does that income is legal telling lie to the government?
Looking forward for your kind response.
thanks and regards
Rajab

The answer:

In the name of Allah

Asalam o alaikum

Although the Western governments are non-Muslims in principle, they should not be treated as you said.  If they help sincerely, Muslims must act honestly and must not act illegally. Those untrue incomes are not Halāl (allowed), and they can’t be used for Hajj or other religious acts.

Assalaam Alaykum.

Thank you for your efforts in relating the guidance of Allah the ordinary people.  May Allah bless you.

Is it accurate that during wudu a persons feet must not be moved during the wiping?
And is it accurate that to wipe ones feet while it is in the air invalidates wudu and all subsequent prayers?
Also, is it permissible to sell music of all types?
And is it permissible to sell equipment that plays music?

Thank you for your quick response.
-Yohance Taylor

The answer:

In the name of Allah

Asalam o alaikum

Yes, when you are passing your wet hand over your foot, the foot should not move but it is not necessary to put it on the ground.

Selling musical instruments is not permissible since no tax is introduced on them in Islam.

If the music equipment and instruments are like the ones used in military music played in military ceremony, trading them is all right.

If one in every Tashahhud in Prayers after recitation of declaration of Tawheed and Risaalat, recites the declaration of Wilayat of Ali (as), then does the Prayer become invalid? Whether this be out of ignorance of the law, or with believing it to be obligatory or Mustahab, Will that prayer be valid?

The answer:

In the name of Allah

Asalam o alaikum

Because worshipping in Islam has certain limits, nothing should be added to what is already said. With regard to the second question, everyone must learn about the form and way of praying through reading the practical treatises or asking religious scholars as much as s/he can so that nothing would be added to it. Therefore, if s/he knows that an act is obligatory or recommended and does that, it is all right.

is there any doubt in quran?

The answer:

In the name of Allah

Asalam o alaikum

First of all, the Qur’an says: الف لام میم ذلک الکتاب لاریب فی (there is no doubt in the Qur’an). Secondly, Prophet Muhammad (Pbuh) and all of the Imams have confirmed its validity. Therefore, there is no doubt in it.
